Shienne Shing 盛樂衡

Shienne was recognised as the first Handpoke tattoo artist in Hong Kong. She was also the founder of the first Handpoke tattoo store in 2015. Shienne has been interviewed by different social media platforms and was well-known as a positive personality.

Apart from cosmetic tattooing, Shienne has a special interest in medical tattooing and has provided nipple reconstruction tattoo services to over 50 breast cancer survivors. Nipple reconstruction tattoos not only about modifying the appearance, but also help patients regain their confidence as a women and their rights to love themselves. She also provide tattooing services for other medical conditions, such as scar camouflage.
